Respiratory Care

Description of Services
The Respiratory Care Department consists of licensed registered and certified therapists. The professionally trained staff assists with the care of respiratory and cardiac diseases.

The Respiratory Care staff assist patients with smoking cessation and management techniques for cardiac and respiratory diseases. They work to help manage asthma in school-age children and teach them the benefits of not smoking.

Respiratory Care Services include:

EKG (Electrocardiogram)

Holter Monitor

Event Monitor

Ambulatory Blood Pressure

EEG (Electroencephalogram)

PFT (Pulmonary Function Test)

Oxygen Determination

Dilator Therapy

Chest Physiotherapy

Airway Management

Education:

Asthma

COPD

Smoking Cessation

The above tests are performed Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and can be scheduled by calling (906) 265-0456.
